First Medical History: A conversation about your concerns & goals and an in depth discussion regarding your medical history.
Next Physical Evaluation: looks at your entire body's movement and support systems, not just your pelvic area. This exam is based off of conversation and can include assessing your posture, strength, balance, abdomen, breathing, and pelvic floor. There is always discussion around options for a pelvic exam and remember, you are completely in control. While a pelvic exam can provide helpful information to guide treatment, it is NOT A REQUIREMENT to receive pelvic floor therapy
Lastly Treatment and Homework: You will leave your appointment with a collaborative plan and homework. Follow up visits will re-assess how you and your body are progressing through care and adjustments will be made accordingly

Do you offer a sliding payment scale?
High-quality pelvic care should be accessible. If the standard rates are out of reach, I offer a sliding scale to help reduce financial barriers. Prior to your first appointment or at your first session, we can discuss a custom rate that feels sustainable for you.
